I'd love to back you on this but I can't. Harris had a dissapointing year last year and he isn't even the best CB on the Packers.

Some of those mistakes that people felt that he made were do to safety mistakes in coverage and not him, so.......

I know that, and I still think Harris is a very good corner, but I just had higher expectations of him going into the year after how well he played the year before. He struggled on the shorter routes too at the start of the year. I just think i'd have him as the #12-15 best corner in the league and not the #5.

Apple is injury prone and has character issues while peach is a natural knee bender and has good ankle flexibility.
PEACH>APPLE=N00B.

The amount of people that left Nnamdi Asomugha off their list is embarassing. Here is my top 5, in no particular order:
Champ Bailey
Chris McCalister
Nnamdi Asomugha
Rashean Mathis
Asante Samuel
(Terrence Newman, DeAngelo Hall, Nate Clements, and Al Harris are all bunched closely in the 6-9 range)

<+ScottWright> Why not. Baldwin does need a sparring partner...

Shawn Springs has to get some love in this discussion. When healthy he is a beast. IF you watch the skins last season, after he came back from injury their D was 10X better...

So you believe he's a Top 5 CB? That's what the thread's for.

Does Awesomewa really warrant a top5 status? He has had one terrific year. Before that he was just about fast DB that the Raiders drafted. I would like to see more of him before putting him in the top5.
In no particular order
Champ Bailey
Chris McAlister
Rasheen Mathis
Asante Samuel
Clements/Hall/Newman

That's funny because there are some Packers fans that will vehemently deny that Harris had a down year.

You just stole my list, except added Samuel. I didn't want to put my fifth, because after the four I think it's too muddled.
