Ran a marathon in under 4 hours. Pretty damn awesome.
Guys normally go extreme one way or the other after retiring. A lot of offensive lineman struggle to keep weight on. I heard an interview the other day where Bart Oates said he had to eat 8000 calories a day just to keep his playing weight up. And he played center at 285 which is very undersized for today's NFL. As soon as he retired he lost 40-50 lbs in a few months.
One of my favorite backups for us. I remember a pre season game he decleated a player. Normally as fans we dont care about backups, but Giants fans were intrigued by this QB. He had a cannon of an arm and for a fat dude good mobility. He was fun to watch,
