High Character Prospects
I'm sure as we move forward in this process we'll get all the usual stuff about those prospects with off the field red flags, which gets a bit old.
So, who are the prospects at the other end of the spectrum? Those who are going to work hard and represent their NFL team positively in the community.

Manti Te'o
Seriously, from what I've witnessed and read, I'll say Terry Hawthorne. Bigbenn jokes aside, he's a solid prospect and he seems to have a good head on his shoulders.

Khaseem Greene. wrote a god damn thank you note in the paper to all of Rutgers. Helped out a lot after Hurricane Sandy. Works a lot with the Eric LeGrand foundation. Definition of high character.

I am not as high as Johnthan Banks as a lot of people are, but he is a really respected person around State. Not a very vocal guy but is by all accounts a great teammate and representative of the team.

From talking to Malliciah Goodman and what I've heard about him, he seems like a stand-up guy. I recently heard very good things about Jasper Collins as well.

You sure? He did say when he declared that if USC wanted him to stay they would have gotten him the ball more.

Basically any player from Rutgers is usually high character. Kenny Britt being the lone exception.

I was pretty impressed with how much of a fake gentleman Manti Te'o was to his fake girlfriend.

Damnit, Kenny, no. Being the exception isn't good in this case.

Mauti has to be #1 for how he carried that team on his back through all they went through.
Don't forget this:
Kimberly Jones @KimJonesSports
PSU's Michael Mauti sent handwritten notes to all 32 GMs, about how much football means to him. Feedback from GMs: they're impressed.
