Is that your prediction or has that been announced somewhere? If it's true, that bodes extremely well for Wisconsin and Nebraska.

It was being reported by ESPN and all other major media outlets yesterday. It's not official but Delaney probably leaked it to get a good idea on what everyone thinks.

The problem for the other western schools is that they all recruit Ohio heavily, and now they will only sporadically be playing there. All of the good recruiting hotbeds are in the east with the exception of Chicago. As a Minnesota fan I don't really care since we never have had much success in Ohio or the East Coast and usually go straight to Florida/Texas.

I can tell you it's going to be a rough introduction for Rutgers and Maryland if the divisions shape up this way. It's going to be hard for them to really gain momentum.

Michigan LB Jake Ryan , who led the team in tackles last season, and a big part of their defense tore his ACL. Not good for them.

Big Game. I wish this is the type of game OSU would do. I loved when they were doing home and homes with teams like USC and Texas.
They have TCU, Oklahoma, and Oregon all upcoming, but that's not the same as scheduling a game with a team like Alabama with the run they're on.

Keep in mind that in the past 2 years Wisconsin has not lost a game by more than 7 points and have only lost 1 game by more than 7 points in the last 3 years (10 points to MSU).
Not saying that Wisconsin has a chance and they will most likely be double-digit underdogs, but they do a good job of keeping games close. With that being said, here's hoping that Alabama gets some sort of recruiting violations... :)

What's fun about next year is that Buckeye fans have basically set it up as National Championship or bust, and they will inevitably lose to Purdue or some **** and everything else will have a nice laugh.

Underahieving with a loss still sounds better than a magical quest to be buried in the legends division :D

There is a decent bit of truth to this. But that's what happens when you are an elite team in any sport. It's championship or bust. And only a few teams realistically have the ability to do that, and it's an inevitability that all but one will fail.
There is something good about having **** expectations at a school like Minnesota. You get used to the feeling of perpetual failure and mediocre goals.

These are the scores of the last 9 games where Saban has had 2 or more weeks to prepare, and the players time to get healthy....
42-14 vs. #1 Notre Dame
41-14 vs. #24 Michigan
21-0 vs. #1 LSU
49-7 vs. #14 Michigan St.
34-24 vs. #10 Virginia Tech
37-21 vs. #2 Texas
48-7 vs. Kent St.
48-3 vs. San Jose St.
34-10 vs. Clemson
Make yourself some easy money Badger fan. Bet on Bama to cover when Saban has 2 or more weeks to prepare. Easy money.

I guess, but I actually attended Minnesota, as opposed to the 95% of Walmart Buckeyes fans (I know, I'm from Ohio)

It is pretty rough. I guess I'll just console myself with my PhD from a top tier research university. :(

Oh, okay. Two bachelors degrees from Indiana and acceptance into a joint masters program at OSU definetely has me on track for wal-mart.
Resorting to bragging about your education for the sake of attempting to shut someone up in a football forum is a thing, I guess.

I wasn't specifically talking about you bucko, but in general most Buckeyes and Wolverines fans attended some tech school or online college.
At least if you're a fan of another B1G team you usually have something invested in it.
Also, I clearly wasn't attempting to shut anyone up, as my original post was about how awesome it is that Buckeyes fans were trash talking in April, when we all know they'll blow it at some point.
