Default Second Mock Draft

1. Kansas City- Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M- Reid loves him big boys from Tra Thomas to big Jon Runyan to trading for Peters. I don't think is passes on this guy.

2. Jacksonville- Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida- Jags need help all over the place. They keep the big time DT in Florida to be the face of their defense.

3. Oakland- Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah- Raiders need to replace two Dt's. With Star they get a battle tested DT to start their long rebuilding process.

4. Philadelphia- Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon- Kelly takes a kid he knows. Also in the mold of players he likes. Fast, Fast and Fast. Track teams coming to town.

5. Detroit- Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama- Upon getting drafted he becomes the best player on the back end for the Lions, which says where they are on the back end.

6. Cleveland- Jarvis Jones, DE/LB, Georgia- Browns need a pass rusher. Also add to a defense that's becoming a nasty young unit in the league.

7. Arizona- Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan- Head coach says O line isn't as bad as people think. And after saying that he still takes Fisher.

8. Buffalo- Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia- Bills still looking for their QB. Think Smith could team up with CJ and give hell to the East.

9. New York Jets- Ezekial Ansah, DE, BYU- Ryan gets a pass rusher that he can turn into the next Suggs.

10. Tennessee- Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama- Some say the best player in the draft. Becomes their best OG that's for sure.

11. San Diego- Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina- I have SD signing Long in FA. Drafting Cooper gives them a superstar left side line.

12. Miami- Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State- Bookend Werner with Wake on the other side. They have to get after Tommy and they'll pump money into the O during FA.

13. Tampa Bay- Desmond Trufant, CB, Washington- First wow of the draft. Jumping the gun? Maybe. But 35 starts, 4.38 speed and bloodline to play good CB.

14. Carolina- Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee- They get Cam another toy. Smith is up in age. This team will put points up.

15. New Orleans- Barkevious Mingo, DE/LB, LSU- Stays home and becomes the favorite son of NO.

16. St. Louis- Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma- You got to keep Sam on his feet. How much longer do we have to keep saying that?

17. Pittsburgh-Kenny Vaccaro, S, Texas- Pitt starts to add youth. Safety's are not getting any younger. Vaccaro lets them move on if need be from both of them.

18. Dallas- Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri- Monte gets his under DT to bust up the middle.

19. New York Gmen- Alec Ogletree, LB, Georgia- Gmen take the risk here. Look to cash in on a top ten player with a Vet locker room to show him the way.

20. Chicago - Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame- Just can't throw the ball to one guy. Looking back on it they should have never traded their other TE a few years back.

21. Cincinnati- D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama- If Smith goes in FA they replace him with another Bama big boy.

22. St. Louis- Kawann Short- They now have four 1st round picks and by far the best D line in the NFL. And the making of a top 5 unit on defense.

23. Minnesota- Keenan Allen, WR, California- Could you picture a player and fits a team any better? Minny needs a WR can can beat press on 3rd and 6. They have it now.

24. Indianapolis- Damontre Moore, OLB, Texas A&M- Freeney is gone, Mathis is going to be 33 and Hughes has shown very little.

25. Seattle- Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee- Still looking for the true number 1.

26 Green Bay- DeAndre Hopkins,WR, Clemson- They lost two WR's so they add another young one to the group. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

27. Houston- Manti Te'o, MLB, Notre Dame- Their lack of ILB talent showed last year badly. Te'o at 27 is a good pick for a good football player.

28. Denver- Zach Ertz- ,TE, Stanford- Keep giving Manning toy to play with. Now he has a full group to play with.

29. New England- Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia- Doesn't get any better for player or team

30. Atlanta- Eddie Lacy, RB, Alabama- Lacy replaces Turner. Big boy that can really go. Added more big plays out of the back field takes this O to the next level.

31.San Francisco- Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State- Only spot where the 9ers need help and they get it.

32. Baltimore- Arthur Brown, ILB, Kansas St- Steps right in and this D doesn't miss a beat. Brown adds some much need speed to the LB core.

Lol, you have Cordarrelle listed twice, but not once to the right team. He needs to be at #12 to Miami.

I don't think after signing a player like Wallace and Hartline that they'll spend the 12th pick on a WR.

Poor Jacksonville and Oakland they picked terrible years to be bad.

I have never seen Desmond Trufant that high, Kenny Vaccaro is Tampa's pick

The Bills front office have said they don't think any QB this year is the total package so I don't see us taking Geno at 8.

I agree with their thought.

I'm a Bucs fan. I wouldn't mind Vaccaro at all. I just think Trufant is the second best CB. But a Barron and Vaccaro would be nice for years to come.

Would really rather have Fisher over Joeckel, but it's more of a personal preference thing.

Clark is the only "big time" TE that Manning had. The Broncos signed Tamme and Dreesen to multi-year deals.

TE isn't a need and at 28, there's tons of DT's and CB's that actually would fit a need and have 1st round grades and value.

I don't even think Ertz is a 1st round prospect.

The other fail was using the "toy" metaphor.

Colts might take Rhodes there. But I would be pretty happy to get Moore that late. I don't think he has dropped as far for teams as he has for the drafting community.

20. Chicago - Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame- Just can't throw the ball to one guy. Looking back on it they should have never traded their other TE a few years back.

True - but you can't throw the ball at all if our QB is constantly running for his life or laying on his back. If this plays out this way - they NEED to take Fluker - period. Or they better sign some work horses in FA
