That's true but I didn't necessarily mean immediately, more like the trade deadline. He's been in trade rumors for a while now and if they take Noel it will be clear that Varejao won't be in their long term future plans.
But there is a possibility that Porter, arguably the most NBA-ready player among the top prospects, might not be around when the Wizards pick third. A source with knowledge of the Cavaliers’ thinking said Porter is under consideration to go No. 1.
Noel is perfect for the Cavs. He'll sit out half the year so they can tank again next year. Then after the 2014 draft they should have a sweet young core.
I personally still think Shabazz is a decent prospect, but he just isn't the elite prospect that everyone thought he would be. He certainly has his share of flaws. He's the kind of guy I'd love to take a shot at in the mid 1st, but would be afraid of in the top 10.
Plus as we all know with drafts prospects can gain and lose steam quickly and Shabazz is currently on the downswing.
Kings will get Wiggins in 2014, can't see us getting outside of being a top 4 lottery pick odds especially if Tyreke is gone and DeMarus doesn't get his head out of his ass, I can see him being traded on the deadline if things get worse.
Welcome to the Silver & Mack
"Just Win Baby"- Al Davis
1st WR Amari Cooper/Kevin White
2nd DE Eli Harold
3rd ILB Paul Dawson
4 TE Jesse James
Otto Porter would be the least talented #1 overall pick since......ummmmm.... since when?
I was not impressed with Bargnani coming out at all...
