P.S. I'm worried that Tamba may be a cap casualty next year. I love Tamba and would hate to see him go.
Asamoah can walk or resign for a cheap deal. I think it's no coincidence that the offensive line began playing better when he went out. I'd think about franchising Albert again. I'd hate to let him walk for free and Stephenson's an excellent swing tackle. More than likely next year's line looks like Fisher-Allen-Hudson-Schwartz-Stephenson with Kush and Watkins as reserves. The interior line could be upgraded and depth at tackle needs to be acquired.
Berry and Houston need to be extended. I'd like to see if Tamba would restructure so he can finish his career in KC. He has a chance to top DT, I think, in sacks, and I'd like to see him get the chance.
I think it's very likely Maclin could come to KC. The obvious connection to Reid, the Chiefs need for a receiver, and returning to Missouri seem to be a match made in football heaven. Coming off an injury might make him more affordable as well.
