Cracked the top 10 with this Tampa draft tonight. Team wise top 10.

Round 1 Pick 2: Jadeveon Clowney, DE, South Carolina (A)
Round 2 Pick 2: Zach Mettenberger, QB, LSU (B-)
Round 3 Pick 2: Jace Amaro, TE, Texas Tech (A)
Round 4 Pick 2: Kasen Williams, WR, Washington (A)
Round 5 Pick 2: Aaron Donald, DT, Pittsburgh (A)
Round 7 Pick 2: Isaiah Crowell, RB, Alabama State (A-)

I don't get the rating sometimes it is really weird set up.

Just started a new one that went:

JAX: Bridgewater
CLE: traded up for Hundley
MINN: Traded up for Mariota
TB: Johnny Manziel

And then

Pittsburgh trades up to take Barr instead of Clowney.

First complete Seahawks draft:

Round 2 Pick 18 (DAL): Cedric Ogbuehi, OT, Texas A&M (B+)
Round 2 Pick 28 (S.F.): Melvin Gordon, RB, Wisconsin (A)
Round 2 Pick 30: Adrian Hubbard, OLB, Alabama (A)
Round 3 Pick 3 (MINN): Antone Exum, CB, Virginia Tech (B)
Round 3 Pick 15 (S.F.): Donte Moncrief, WR, Ole Miss (A)
Round 4 Pick 30: Andrew Jackson, ILB, Western Kentucky (A)
Round 5 Pick 16: A.J. McCarron, QB, Alabama (A)
Round 5 Pick 30: Ryan Carrethers, DT, Arkansas State (A)
Round 6 Pick 30: Jon Halapio, OG, Florida (F)
Round 7 Pick 30: Caraun Reid, DT, Princeton (B+)

Really kind of mystified as to why Jon Halapio was an F in the 6th round. He was a need and a value. I'm going to think of it as a system glitch. And I just couldn't help but take Melvin Gordon at 60th overall. Stash him for a little bit, get him on some return duty, and in a few years it'll be him and Christine Michael running all over everybody.

Round 2 Pick 14 (BALT): Dominique Easley, DT, Florida (B+)
Round 3 Pick 10: Jace Amaro, TE, Texas Tech (A)

Couldn't pass up DAT in the 4th rnd - I waited a little long on O-line but damn it, it just isn't a sexy pick.

This would be another nice haul, too. Got Russell Wilson a couple of nice big wideouts:

Round 1 Pick 30: Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M (A)
Round 2 Pick 30: Daniel McCullers, DT, Tennessee (B+)
Round 4 Pick 30: Andrew Jackson, ILB, Western Kentucky (A)
Round 5 Pick 16: A.J. McCarron, QB, Alabama (A)
Round 5 Pick 30: Jared Abbrederis, WR, Wisconsin (A-)
Round 6 Pick 30: Denicos Allen, OLB, Michigan State (A)
Round 7 Pick 30: Antonio Andrews, RB, Western Kentucky (A)

I should also add - I keep taking McCarron in the 5th. I'm not really inclined to see him as a first rounder yet... but the 5th is just way too late to pick him, and I think his floor is a terrific backup, and wouldn't be surprised at all if he could be more than that. I keep thinking of Kirk Cousins with him, but he's bigger and I think he's got a little more arm talent.

My best Jags draft so far. Fixed a quite a bit of the bad spots on the roster. Missed out on Ebron/Lokombo by one pick in the 2nd/6th rounds.

I like how AJ McCarron ends up on everyone's team. That site's got him ranked way too low, or else he's getting irrational draftcountdown love. I was thinking about comparing him to Tom Brady in the prospect comparison thread, though. Not a great athlete but has a pretty snappy arm, hangs in the pocket without getting flustered, makes his reads and makes good decisions, isn't a threat to run. Not very thickly built but tall and can see the field. Doesn't have the physical "upside" of a Brett Hundley or someone and his supporting cast is strong enough that they could probably win with a lot of quarterbacks, but I see a lot of NFL traits with McCarron even if he's not super-exciting to watch in college. Strikes me as the kind of player who could have a lot of success if he's got the fire in him.

Edit: hahaha.... see? I was just writing this, Mufasa posted a draft, and McCarron was in his, too. Abbredaris also seems like he consistently goes too low in this simulation and is another guy I've been snagging in the late rounds.
