Why? When has he not looked 240? His upper body is yolked and it serves him well along the border.

Yeah you can't say you are the most competitive person on earth and then say you won't throw at the combine.

If you have a bad day throwing the ball at the combine because you aren't on the same page as the receivers you can hurt your draft stock. Manziel is probably a top 5 pick right now, why would he chance that?

Hehe, after his mediocre sophomore year people were down on Julio. His junior year was the balls though, everyone loved him and didn't care if he didn't run a 4.35 (which he did) after his final season of college.

Many top QBs don't throw at the combine on their agents advice and someone gets worked up over it every year. Yawn.

Most people I heard talk about him suggested 6ft and 210. If it makes you feel better he's a quarter inch shorter then expected then I'd say congratulations.

I have to say that if Benjamin can put up a solid 40, he is a very tempting prospect. Huge man all around especially his arm span. If he can jump, I feel sorry for DB's trying to cover him.

What an impressive crop of WRs from a physical standpoint. If Watkins runs a 4.3 at his size he'll have completely concrete locked himself into the top 10.

If Benjamin runs anything below a 4.6, I have to believe he'll be a top 15 pick. 6'5 240? Are you kidding me? With how amazing Alshon Jeffery was this year, who I believe is Benjamin's nearest comparison, you have to take a shot at this kid.

I think Lee will end up dropping out of the 1st and maybe all the way to the third. He body catches quite often and with those small hands, you have to wonder if he can improve on that.

6-2 221 is great for Moncrief. Thought he would come in a little shorter.

Cooks with large hands is great for him. If he blazes a top 40-time, you could make a strong case that he's a better prospect than Tavon Austin (although not the same in return ability)... which is very interesting because Austin was one of the top overall players in last year's draft class and Cooks is typically ranked in the 20s at highest. Really highlights the difference between last year and this year.

According to the posted numbers Lee and Cooks hand measurements are separated by 1/8". I'm confused.

He probably misread Lee's numbers. 9.5 is fine. I never said Lee's average sized hands would hurt him.

Body catching is a technique issue, not a talent issue. He has made plenty of amazing grabs with his hands. Justin Blackmon was thought to have bad hands coming out of the draft, how did that turn out for him?

If Lee falls out of the top 15, someone's getting a big ass steal.

I guess Paul Richardson is a rail with tiny hands. For his sake I hope he runs a blazing 40.

32 bench reps for Greg Robinson with 35" arms. Carries 330 pounds unbelievably well. He's going to look like a freak.

That is impressive. You know he is natural strong and crazy athletic when you watch him play, but I thought he wouldn't do too much on the bench. That is great from him.

Here's my thing with Robinson.

He's clearly worth the 2nd pick in the draft. But didn't the Rams just sign Jake Long to a long-term deal? Do they really want to pull a Jags/Chiefs and take a RT/eventual LT at No. 2 overall?

If they can't trade out I don't really think there's much discussion. Robinson's an absolute stud and probably would have went first overall in last year's class.

Long has 3 years left on his deal. With him coming of ACL and MCL surgery late in the season, he is no lock to be completely healthy by the start of the season. (And given how much he has been battling injuries for the last 3 years or so, it might be doubtfull how much he has left.)

Any way, impressive performance by Robinson. I would still take Matthews over him, but that does not make Robinson any less of a great prospect in his own right. Could very well be a Falcon next year.

But when Long comes back, then what? Robinson goes to RT? Long goes to RT? These are important questions. They just invested a lot in a long-term (in today's NFL 3 years is a long time) LT. Investing the No. 2 pick in the draft in the same thing might not be the smartest use of resources. Unless they're comfortable locking up both tackle spots with top-end resources. Which you could talk me into.

Looking at the contracts though, they could cut Jake Long in 2015 and save 8mil and only have 2.5 in dead money.

I guess you just take Robinson and let things play out. Long hasn't played RT in years, if ever though, so what happens if you plug Robinson in there, he flourishes, then Long comes back midseason and doesn't have a spot?

A lot to consider. Injuries suck.
