Lamarcus Joyner should probably be going ahead of Verett but, I'm really hoping he falls to Minnesota because of his size and tweener status in the "supposed era of big CB and Safties".

That is one of the worst Bengals mock I have seen in awhile. 2 Reaches and a Safety that can't tackle.

Not a fan of Atlanta going that direction. We need defense. Could happen though. But JJ is too small.

Thanks for the input. Wouldn't be shocked if they wen't w/ a pass rusher in the 1st RD considering they might not wan't to pay to keep Michael Johnson around and K. Ealy has a 1st RD very early 2nd RD grade in my book. What would you go w/ in this scenario?

I think Matt Ryan has a lot of input in the direction of the franchise considering what they have invested in him already so that's why I wen't this direction, but I'de have to agree they need to upgrade there pass rush and front 7. What would you prefer they go w/ ?

If the Bengals take a DE in the 1st if more then likely would be a hybrid player that can stand up and play LB and Ealy has shown that he can't drop in coverage at all he also lacks explosiveness which showed at the combine. The Bengals have shown that they are willing to wait till the 2nd Round or later to get DE. With way the board falls I would rather see Fuller, Verrett, Hageman, or Shazier in the 1st.

Bodline at best is a 3rd day prospect. In the 2nd I would rathers see Van Noy, Richburg, Crichton, A Johnson, Jean-Baptise.

3rd Round Swanson, Jones, Skov, and even thought I am not a huge fan of him maybe even Derek Carr to push Dalton.

I might go Christian Jones in RD 3 for KC. Hali is 31 and is costing a lot against the cap so drafting his eventual replacement might not hurt

Saints dont need a DT at all.... We have Bunkley and drafted Jenkins last year. Need a OT.

If this is how it went, we should get
Verrett
Bucannon
Hurst

Round 1 and Round 3 looks good for SF but the 2nd round picks don't make any sense to me. Asron Colvin tore his ACL last month, even before the injury he was a late 2nd round guy, he belongs in the 5th round now. Urban is an ok player but not over Roberson, Purifoy, or Richburg.

dam Derek Carr slipping all the way down to the end of round 3?

And I would also have no complaints about that Rams draft

The Jets draft....

Dee Ford at EIGHTEEN, no less drafted ahead of Ebron? Why? We can use a starting OLB but not over the holes we have on offense....we should run to the podium if Ebron is there by pick 18.

I wouldn't mind Amaro in the 2nd round if we took Beckham Jr or Evans(If he's somehow there) or Pryor at 18. Really I wouldn't...but I want Ebron in round 1 and if so, please give the Jets Matthews who really should not be that low in round 2 after his nice showing at the combine.

Paul Richardson is cool in round 3 but if we got a WR in round 2 like I would want to, give the Jets a safety or G/RT(If we resign Howard, forget RT until the late rounds). Our secondary was lousy last season and with Ed Reed being finished and might retire and with Landry/Allen(Who is a serviceable backup) being really limited, we need a playmaker at safety in a bad way.

Nooooo to a RB unless its Chris Archer in round 4. Especially not Andre Williams who doesn't offer the gamebreaking speed back the Jets really need. Hate that pick. If I had my way, give the Jets OLB Jeremiah Attaochu or OLB Chris Smith and that's that.

NOW if you gave the Jets this:

TE Eric Ebron
WR Jordan Matthews
Either S Craig Loston or S Deone Bucannon(Any 2nd-3rd round graded safety really)
Either OLB Jeremiah Attoachu or OLB Chris Smith

THATS a killer draft for me.

Solid Miami draft, although I'd prefer Nix in the first and Seantrel in the 3rd. As slow footed as Cyrus is, Seantrel seems like a slightly better fit at RT for our zone blocking scheme.

Packers

Round 1: Can't complain with the pick of Ha Ha with as bad as the FS play was last year.

Round 2: I feel that Thompson would have a hard time passing on Jordan Mathews in that scenario despite WR not being high on the list of needs.

Round 3: OLB isn't a bad pick. Could also consider Reid if you think he can play NT. I think Marcus Smith might have more upside than Jeremiah but that's subjective.

I personally highly doubt Watkins is there at 9, but I think they run to the podium if he is, and would be a great pick.

Not sold on James in the 2nd round, I like him, the postion makes sense, I just think there is much better value on the board. Filo and Yankey fit at G, KVN would be a great fit on the D they sound like they would run. He also happens to be one of the most complete LB's in the draft and most under rated IMO. Niklas IMO as well would be a better player at that pick. I think Van Noy is the pick there, although I could see one of the guards as well.

In the third, I think you mean Richardson from Baylor... I like the pick alot, and think it makes sense for them. Hindsight aside, if they took KVN in the 2nd its a great pick, if they took one of the G's in the 2nd, Henderson would make sense.

IMO - Watkins, KVN and Richardson would be a A+ draft for them.

As is - Watkins, James and Richardson is a rock solid B+ draft for them.

QB in the 3rd and I'd be very happy

Amazing for Dallas. My 'ideal' mock would have been for Terrence Brooks to fall 2 more spots.

I really cant see the Skins taking OL in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. I wouldnt at all be surprised to see OL with one of those picks but I would venture to guess that at least one OL spot is addressed in FA and probably at the end of the draft. One of the first two picks will more likely be WR, DL, S, ILB, or even OLB depending on the Orakpo resigning.

Couple of things for the Jets. Ryan really values length for defensive linemen and pass rushers so a guy like Ford probably isn't ideal (though he does have reasonably long arms for his size), especially given the Jets already have a sub-package pass rusher in Antwan Barnes. What they really need is a long-term replacement for Calvin Pace.

Then the Andre Williams pick doesn't make a whole lot of sense. He's got hands of stone, and if the Jets take a back it should be one who can catch the ball out of the backfield for the offense (screen game is a bit part of the offense), young quarterback (good to have a reliable checkdown option), and current personnel (Ivory isn't a great pass catcher, Powell is okay). The other big thing to add would be some explosiveness since they don't have a home run threat in the backfield. A guy like Dri Archer or De'Anthony Thomas would fit far better than Williams and could be found day 3.

As an aside, I'd imagine a QB gets taken somewhere between picks 4 and 96. Probably more than one.

Thanks for all the input. I'm starting to hear a good amount of the coaches and GM's don't think any of the top 3 QB's are ready to play day one which could put them into the back end of the 1st RD and my gut still tells me Manziel is a day 2 pick or a candidate for the Browns at #26
