I think he was saying Dabo is a moron.....but Miles is pretty much a moron, also. LSU wins in spite of him bc of the sheer talent they bring in thanks to Nick Saban building that program from nothing.

Saban was nothing special at LSU. people don't realize that. Miles is the best coach in school history.

**** Larry Coker won a NC.

Wow. The guy made it acceptable for the ridiculous LA talent to stay in state. I don't know if I could disagree more with a statement on this website.

Unless it's coming from Told. Is that guy still around?

Les Miles gets an undeserved amount of criticism for his intelligence, mostly stemming from his clock management embarrassments from a few seasons ago and an eccentric personality (at least in comparison to the likes of Saban, Meyer, Richt, etc.).

Not saying the man is a genius, but regardless, just look at Will Muschamp/Florida for evidence that inheritance and recruiting base can only take you so far. Miles deserves credit for what he has accomplished.

And you see no difference in the ways Saban and Coker won MNCs?

One was HANDED a stacked team. The other took over the program coming off a 3-8 season and won a MNC in 4 years.

LSU had major talent when Saban took over. DiNardo couldn't coach worth a ****.

DiNardo went 3-8 with these guys. ALL of whom Saban inherited. Don't act like we were bottom of the SEC in talent when he took over.

Fred Booker
Ryan Clark
Rohan Davey
LaVar Johnson
Bradie James
Josh Reed
Lionel Thomas
Domanick Davis

In 1999 LSU went 3-8 and 1-7 in the SEC, finishing last in the SEC West, and only ahead of 0-8 USC, the year before that LSU was 2-6 in the SEC West, only ahead of a messed up Auburn team. If LSU wasn't at the bottom of the SEC then where were they, because only USC was worse.

And of that list, you are naming a career special teamer as proof LSU had talent then, really?

The list of players you have wasn't even that great and all of whom only developed because of the coaching they were receiving from Saban, Fisher, and Muschamp.

Kentucky just extended Mark Stoops through 2018, they have some real confidence in his ability to recruit.

Mind you this was 9 months removed from Florida fans telling you they had just signed the greatest class in the history of football and had the next Tebow coming in as an Early Enrollee.

Johnathon Mccrary is going to be a baller for Vandy, can't wait to see this kid in what I expect will be starting for the dores this season. Also a very mean running back core we are going to have.

I also think were gunna have a very smooth transition to a 3-4. not a super deep rotation at DL, but we should be pretty good. Im excited for the season, should be a good one with our running game and tight end implementation. Our wrs im scared about though...
