I am scarred to think how good Carolina would be, if they were close to as good as Blindside thinks they are.

wrong. with the addition of Tim Lewis as the coach of the secondary, Carolina's once very good defensive backfield fell to the worst in the league

Runningbacks:
1.New Orleans Saints-versatility-
2.San Diego Chargers-LT, nuff said-
3.Jacksonville Jaguars-every type of RB there is-
4.Washington Redskins-Portis is top 5 when healthy, Betts is a good backup-
5.Minnesota Vikings-Taylor is solid, T-Rich at FB, Kleinsasser can play FB, and they just added A. Peterson.

Receivers:
1.Indianapolis Colts-no explanation needed-
2.Arizona Cardinals-beastly-
3.Dallas Cowboys-two of the best vets at WR, and Witten is underrated-
4.Cincinnati Bengals-Ocho Cinco and TJ Who's ya momma-
5.New England Patriots-Great depth-
6.St.Louis Rams-Torry Holt and good depth-

Offensive Line:
1.San Diego Chargers-every time I saw them they were dominant-
2.Indianapolis Colts-Glenn & Saturday are all pro, Diem a great RT-
3.Chicago Bears-Solid everywhere except RT, and Kreutz, Best C-
4.Washington Redskins-very solid-
5.Denver Broncos-1 constant w/ the revolving door at RB is them, solid-

Defensive line:
1.Baltimore Ravens-T Sizzle, T Pryce, Ngata, Gregg, Play both fronts well-
2.Jacksonville Jaguars-Henderson & Stroud-
3.New England Patriots-Seymour and Wilfork are elite-
4.Green Bay Packers-No stud except Kampman but most sacks of any 4-3, plus Harrell was just added-
5.San Diego Chargers-J. Williams best NT IMO, Luis & Igor underrated, Merriman's an extension of the line, Phillips plays rush end too.

Linebackers:
1.New England Patriots-smartest, & just added A.Thomas, gives them athleticism they lacked-
2.Baltimore Ravens-That guy Ray Lewis, T-Sizzle plays some LB, Bart Scott hits like a train, I've noticed any LB next to Ray Lewis becomes a beast.
3.Chicago Bears-Urlacher, Hillenmeyer's decent, but they'll drop if they lose Briggs-
4.San Diego Chargers-They now have the best rush backers, solid int he middle-
5.Green Bay Packers-You can't ignore Barnett & Hawk, last year you could Top 10 but they'll be even better this year.

Secondary:
1.Baltimore Ravens-Ed Reed, Chris MaCalister, nuff said.
2.Denver Broncos-Bailey Future HOFer, added Bly, Lynch is smart.
3.New England Patriots-mistake free, and they have Asante Samuel-
4.Philadelphia Eagles-B-Dawkins, good CB Duo
5.Green Bay Packers-top notch CB Duo, Nick Collins emerging

Special Teams
1.Chicago Bears by far
2.Jacksonville Jaguars-Mo-Jo-
without knowing what team you supported i was able to figure it out while reading your suggestions. there is way too many Packers in your Top 5 for you not to be a Packer fan.

Which is why they didn't make the playoffs in the ****** NFC last year.

You are what your record says you are, and the Panthers are an average football team.

Wow..Ware and a bunch of guys that haven't proven anything ('cept for Ellis..who is being phased out it would appear). Definately the best. I love Cowboys fans.

They did nothing at the Safety position, which I would argue was their biggest position of need. On the D-Line, it's the Julius Peppers and friends show. Kris Jenkins is solid, but he isn't great like he was in '02 and '03. Kemoeatu and Rucker are not worth any high praise. So I am a bit miffed as to how he could claim that the Panthers have the best D-Line and secondary.

You know something's wrong when somebody named Maake Kameltoe is starting for your team.

He has a point though. The Packers secondary in the top 5 is a joke. You've got the defensive line, linebackers, and secondary all top 5. If that was the case the Packers would be a top 5 defense. They aren't.
