He will move it there slowly, TB and JJ can be DE's for sure, Tully and Spoon can be inside thumpers, we will have to go after some OLB talent (McGrath will not do) all we would really need would be a NT and OLB's (the key cogs) and we would be fine...as long as it isn't a straight switch we will survive.

You know what, I am excited about this, I started supporting the Titans in 2003 when we had McNair (mobile guy) to an almost clone in VY, we had Jeff Fisher and we had some old faces. It excites me to think the franchise could move in a new direction and become slightly more exciting maybe, I mean I got a bit bored of watching us run boring plays on offence and getting sliced on D.

Yeah this upcoming season is gonna be a rough year. I doubt that they go the Mangini route, I mean since that one good season in NY, he hasn't exactly done much with what he has been given. Gabbert would probably be the big name on many people's minds since we could use a franchise QB, but I'd rather use that first round pick on someone like Von Miller or another impact linebacker or perhaps lineman cause we need some help there. Besides Mike Munchak, who are the other possible and realistic candidates? Of the top of my head:
Eric Mangini
Perry Fewell
Rob Ryan
Greg Williams
Brian Billick

Out of those, I'm hoping for Fewell. Lead a very good Giants team that developed great defensive talent. Maybe get Josh McDaniels in to run the offense perhaps.
