I'm a Texas alum and would gladly let VY impregnate my wife, but let's be realistic here. Mario has been fine and they don't need VY. Why is that "the worst draft decision ever"?

Over at IGN
Quote:
Of course he can't, he's a defensive end. The Texans were damned if they do and damned if they don't in that draft. They draft VY, with a very capable David Carr and then they draft someone they don't need, which is a draft blunder. They draft someone other than VY and VY does well, they've committed another draft blunder.

I can only sum up the ownage of the Texans organization in one sentence.
"You got f'd in the a!!!" - Eric Cartman
Seriously, we're making the playoffs next year without a doubt. Vince Young is Rookie Of The Year hands down and the Texans GM is the dumbest person on the planet(besides Merril Hoge).

That front office is so bad they couldn't even get a job in NFL Europe at this point.

I really don't think it was a bad pick with Marrio, DE was a HUGE need for them and QB at that time wasn't as big as a need. Mario will be a pro bowler in a few years, But VY will be better.

Well, it's always a good day when I get home from class and find an article bringing good news to our team, and we got it today.
Norm Chow turns down Stanford job to stay with the Titans. :D

This are definately looking great for years to come with the Titans. Chow will likely be staying in Tennessee along with Fisher, and we will have plenty of cap money to get a couple of FAs again this year. Someone like Asante Samuel would be great for this team helping out Pacman to make one of the better tandems at CB in the league. Then imagine VY with Tedd Ginn to thrown to along with Brandon Jones, David Givens, and Bo Scaife. And did we let Ben Troupe go?? I dont know why we would since he is an up and coming TE and hes young. This team definately has a shot next year at competing for the playoffs and the AFC South title.
