Well, you won't like this lol.

According to the source, Pastner would hire former Kansas player Carl Henry as the program's director of operations, which would keep signed recruit Xavier Henry, Carl's son, in the program. Xavier Henry, a 6-6 wing, is a McDonald's All-American and top-five prospect in the class of 2009.
|
Not sure on the impact with Cousins, I think he still goes elsewhere but I'd say Wesley Witherspoon won't be transferring.
Daring but solid hire by Memphis, IMO. Pastner is going to be the next great coach. Sucks for UK to not have him as an assistant.

For all the talk about Michigan State's defense, North Carolina's defense is really giving the Spartans trouble early on.

Could Davis leave after this game? With all the talent they are bringing in at the forward position, they could afford to lose Davis.

Number of players from Wynnewood who have won an NBA championship: 1

Ed Davis? Doubtful. He's extremely raw on offense and could use more time in the weight room. He's in no way, shape or form ready for the pros. Maybe in two years...

I compare Davis to Tyrus Thomas. Both are very athletic, but are also very raw. Thomas is finally starting to play to some of his potential this season.

...and Tyrus Thomas should have waited another couple years to come out. However, I can't blame him for capitalizing on a great tournament.
Davis' free-throw shooting makes me so nervous, haha.
So, uh, good game so far. Keep the foot on the throat, Roy!
LET'S GO HEELS!

Ty is the most valuable but Psycho T is almost a lock to win because it would be the storybook ending to show kids they should stay 4 years in college. Ellington also has a shot and right now is playing ridiculous.

This has been about the worst March Madness I can remember.
-Zero Cinderella's
-Virtually no buzzer beaters
-Boring finals
The Pitt-Villanova game was one of the only ones worth watching (WKU-Zaga and OSU-Siena were also great, to be fair).
As a whole though it was pretty boring.

Obama rigged it. He had to make the tournament terrible to give UNC a chance to win.
