if phillips doesnt win i have to go with Major Wright he sent 5 guys to the hospital last year 2 of them had to get their spleens removen go to youtube and tyoe his name in they have videos of him from last year in high school.

I think the field is a whole heap wider than those five you listed. We have a lot of very good cornerbacks on high profile teams/defenses that, with strong years, will get press.
SR Zachary Bowman (Nebraska)
JR Brandon Flowers (Virginia Tech)
JR Jack Ikegwuonu (Wisconsin)
You have to figure that with the kind of year we're all expecting, Phillips is the favorite, but any number of players could win it.
I'm still bitter that Daymeion Hughes wasn't even nominated.

My vote is for Kenny Phillips. But Major will win it before he is done at Florida. I played with him in high school at STA, and this guy is legit. He has that "it" factor, I just knew watching him everyday in practice that this guy was going to be special someday.
